Test Type: Achievement Test, multiple choice, fill-in-the-bubble
Purpose: To measure the skills and achievement of students in grades K-12 in Reading, Language Arts, Mathematics and the optional tests of Social Studies, Science, and Sources of Information.
Grades: K-12 (Grades 3-8 and 9-12 can test at the same time)

Administrator Requirements: B.A. or B.S. degree
Restrictions: Form A is not available for states IA, MO (Grades 9-12), NV (Grades 4, 7, 10), and Dallas ISD. Those states have to use Form M which is available in handscore format only.

What are the Iowa Tests®?
The Iowa Tests of Basic Skills® (Grades K-8) and Iowa Tests of Educational Development® (Grades 9-11/12) are sufficient for many state's private and home school requirements for an annual nationally standardized test. These tests can be administered in your own home by someone with at least a BA degree.

What is Tested on The Iowa Tests?
The Iowa Tests® measure the skills and achievement of students in grades K-11/12 in Reading , Language Arts, Mathematics and the optional tests of Social Studies, Science, and Sources of Information. (Refer to www.hslda.org for your state's requirements.)

Handscoring: (Any month of the year $35.) Will be mailed to you within 3 weeks from the date you return all testing materials. (Large groups 6 weeks.)

Machine Scoring: (During January - October) Will be mailed to you within 6-8 weeks from the date you return all testing materials.

Group Discounts*:

• 25-40 = $2 off each test
• 41-65 = $4 off each test
• 66+ = $6 off each test

*Group tests must be ordered by one person 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Results will be shipped to that person to distribute to the group.
