Remember to order your paper and online tests at least two weeks prior to your testing date to allow time to process and ship or update student data. Online tests are offered Monday-Thursday. Online testing is not available the week of May 6 and on June 19 and 20.

By ordering our tests you pledge that you are a registered homeschool or private/public school official and will keep the materials secure and abide by the directions books.
State Restrictions
  • CogAT 7 is not available for Diocesan schools in the vicinity of the New York Arch Diocese and Diocese of Brooklyn/Queens in the states of New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut
  • Iowa E is not available for member schools of the Houston Independent School District for levels 14 and above
Order Requirements:
  • You must be in compliance with your state’s laws and regulations for schooling and testing.
  • Stanford, and OLSAT orders much be accompanied by a School Verification Form and the test administrator must have a bachelor’s degree and complete the Test Administrator Form
  • Iowa order for schools with more than 250 students should call us before ordering.
  • You must keep the materials secure before, during and after the testing.
  • You must abide by the publisher’s requirements for using and interpreting achievement tests as posted in their Directions for Administration which will be sent with the tests and follow their directions exactly.
  • You must not photo copy or reproduce answer forms, test booklets or Directions manuals.
  • Test items, actual or similar must not be placed on a chalkboard or used for discussion, review or any other purpose.
  • You must not use this test as a practice test for a future Iowa or similar test.
  • You must not label students based on a single test score.
  • You must return all test materials to Triangle Education Assessments by the date requested on the order/packing slip sent with your test(s).
Stanford/OLSAT Paper Test Administrators must also meet these requirements: Fulfill one of the following training obligations: Iowa E Online Remote, Stanford-10 Online Remote, CogAT Online, and OLSAT 8 Online Remote Orders Must Agree to the Following Test Agreement:
  • I pledge that an adult will monitor the student during testing. Such adult will ensure the student does not use outside resources (computer, text book, notes, etc.), and that all electronic devices with internet capabilities are turned off and placed away from the student. Additionally, all cell phones must be turned off to prevent distractions.
TerraNova public school orders must use school letterhead.


How do I place an order?
It’s simple. When you add a product to your shopping cart, you will have the option to “proceed to checkout” or to “continue shopping.” When you click “checkout,” you will go to the next page and fill in the requested information.

What are my Payment Options?
TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS accepts VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER credit cards. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL. You may pay via check or money order by submitting your order then sending the check or money order with your printed receipt to us. Returned checks will incur a $40 fee. We also accept PayPal if you send payment to: orders@triangleed.com.

Can I phone in my order?
Online ordering is easy and the most efficient and comprehensive way to order.  If you are unable to do so, please call 919-387-7004, and we will be glad to help! We are available 9AM to 4PM EST, Monday through Friday. Fall hours are usually M-TH.

Will I be taxed?
TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS  is required by law to charge sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO North Carolina state addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states or for online testing orders.

TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS utilizes the latest technology for shopping and ecommerce security. This site has security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information is stored in encrypted format at all times. This website, and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal also take significant security measures to protect your information.

To ensure that your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the web address (URL) window of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS will notify customers who have placed orders for these “out of stock” items. It can take 2 days to process orders. On average, most items are shipped a few weeks before your test date. Practice tests are usually shipped within 1 week of when the order is placed. Group orders are shipped three or four weeks prior to their test date. Please select Priority shipping if you need your test quickly. Media mail can take 7 - 10 business days.

How and where do you ship?
We ship from Holly Springs, NC to US and military addresses. (Sorry no international shipping.) Standard shipping is either UPS Ground or U.S. Post Office.

Shipping Charges
We usually ship via USPS or UPS. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

RUSH SHIPPING:
Requires 48 hours processing. 2-day shipping minimum is $30. Next day shipping is $50 minimum for orders up to $300 or 20% of orders above $300.

Please note that for 2 day or next day delivery, the package arrival date is determined by counting forward the appropriate number of business days (for example 2 business days for UPS 2 Day Select) from the shipment date. To illustrate - an order placed on the afternoon of Wednesday under UPS 2 Day Select would ship on Friday and would arrive on Wednesday, two business days following the Friday shipment.

Your chosen shipping method only affects the time it takes the package to reach you once we ship it. It does not affect the time it takes to get your package out the door.

We reserve the right to adjust the rush shipping charges, if necessary, after your order is physically packed, measured, and weighed. If you are ordering an item that is indicated as unavailable until an indicated time-frame, choosing a faster shipping method will not affect the time it takes for us to ship the item.

Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the U.S.?
We ship to all 50 US states and to military addresses only.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your products! Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we will accommodate your returns as best we can. Please remember test publishers desire strict test security.

Online Tests: Cancelled online tests will incur a $15 administration set up fee if cancelled prior to two weeks of the test date. To change test dates, there is a $15 set up fee. To add a day of testing, (in addition to the two days we schedule), there is a $25 fee. To test after hours there is a $25 fee and only available with request and approval. No refunds are given for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the test date.

Paper Tests: Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before accepting the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment; be sure the driver notes the damage and contact TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Please inspect your materials. Make sure you have the proper level of test and that they are in usable condition. If the item(s) sent was incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We must receive returns and exchanges in good, resalable condition with all instructions and inserts to give credit for the return or exchange. All returns should be shipped directly back to TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS (there should be a return address in the packaging), using UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority (insured). Please pack materials in a padded envelope or securely taped box. Use a new box to mail the materials back to us. We do not accept collect deliveries (COD’s).

Returns and exchanges must be post-marked by the return date written on the packing slip. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS unless we made an error in your order or sent damaged material. If you ordered the wrong test after it was shipped there is a $15 per test restocking and reshipping fee – unless it was a group order and in that case please email us by clicking here. If you desire to return an unused test, the refund will be the test price less $15 but it must be postmarked by the return date on the packing slip.

TEST MATERIALS ARE PROPERTY OF TRIANGLE EDUCATION ASSESSMENTS AND MUST BE RETURNED TO US. Accounts will be charged $30 per book for any unreturned products after 60 days and subject to possible legal action. (Accounts with outstanding TerraNova2 books will be charged $40 per book.)

Please circle on the packing slip the items being returned and note the quantity of each item being returned. In the case of an exchange, please indicate the level being returned and the level needed.

Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit. Orders paid by check will receive a check.

PLEASE NOTE: Practice Tests and Message to Parents are non-returnable, non-refundable. OLSAT tests are non-refundable.

Damages
Please make every effort to keep the test materials in clean, reusable condition. Do not mark in the books, place them on dirty tables, or place wet items on top of them. Do not let them get smoke damage. There is a $30-$40 replacement fee for any test book unreturned or damaged.
